IMPHAL: Thounaojam Chaoba today flagged off a motor-cycle rally from the party head office at Nityaipat Chuthek to spread awareness on ‘Run Marathon 2015’. More than 1,000 people along with 500 motor-cycles participated in the rally today. IMPHAL: Andro MLA Th Shyamkumar has alleged that crores of rupees have been misappropriated in the name of compensations to those affected by the Thoubal Multipurpose Project.
