Imphal , 25 June 2016 ( Evening News) : A new alliance of non-Congress parties of the northeastern region will be formally launched in Guwahati on July 13. This was stated by Mizo National Front (MNF) president Zoramthanga while addressing the party workers in Aizawl yesterday.
