In an unfortunate incident, two brothers died after their boat capsized in Kumbi Khuga river this morning.

Impact News sources said that three sons of one Laishram Chandrakumar of Kumbi Uyungmakhong, went for paddy works when their boat capsized and 2 of them got drowned. The deceased brothers are 17-year-old, Laishram Solomon and 15-year-old Laishram Joshua.

Kumbi Urban Development Committee (KUDC) members and locals have appealed to the relevant authorities to extend necessary help to the bereaved family.
