Imphal, 23 January 2017 ( Evening News ) : A Team of Imphal West Commando apprehended an NSCN-IM cadre in Keithelmanbi to Namching village road around 3.30 pm yesterday. He has been identified as a 30 year old Shangthuanang Panmei, son of Miuhemang from Namkaolong Village, Tamenglong and currently residing at Tamenglong Model Khul. During investigation, Shangthuanang disclosed that he works under one Mr Hanresim and that he has been tipping off on the movement of security forces on NH-37.
