Imphal, 17 November 2016 : Former Chief Minister Rishang Keishing, has asserted that United Naga Council (UNC) must opt for peace talks rather than creating problems for the people by imposing indefinite economic Blockade on the national highways. The former chief minister was speaking at a book release function at Manipur Press Club . He further stated that the blockade has caused a lot of hardships to the common people. He called for the need for peace and harmony among different sections of the society.
