Imphal, 29 September 2016 ( Evening News ) : Mizoram government will continue to hold peace talks with the Manipur-based terror outfit -- Hmar People's Convention-Democratic, HPC-D. Mizoram Home Department Additional Secretary yesterday informed media that the second round of talks is scheduled for October 5. The first round of talks between the government and the HPC-D was held on August 10.
