Imphal, 22 July 20146 ( Evening News) : The incessant rain that hit the state in the last few days has flooded many areas around the Loktak lake. Many villages around the lake have been submerged under flood water affecting the several families. Affected people have urged the human rights activists to help them. They said the govt has deprived them of their right to livelihood.
