Imphal, 22 April 2017 ( Evening News ) : National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) Akampat, Imphal and Manipur Police Telecom Organisation (MPTO) jointly organised one day Cyber Security Awareness programme and E-Waste Management System at the office of Police Telecom Organisation at 1st Manipur Rifles today. ADGP (Intelligence), P Doungel, DIG of Telecom Police, Sh Dwijamani and Executive Director, NEILIT Imphal, Th Prameshor were present at the event. Speaking on the occasion, P Doungel stressed the significance of mobile phones and internet in people's life on the occasion. He was hopeful that the awareness programme will benefit the police department.
