Imphal, 09 April 2018 ( Evening News ) :Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee has equated the BJP led Governance in the country with an undeclared emergency allegedly for being discriminatory. Former Deputy CM and MLA Nungba, Gaikhangam blamed the BJP government as undemocratic and termed its rule as unfortunate. Kshetrimayum Biren was the works minister in the previous Congress Government led by Okram Ibobi.
